From TriNation Commerce LLC, a company registered in Tbilisi, Georgia (registration number 405882861). TriNation Commerce LLC is the seller of record, receives your payment and handles customer service, returns and refunds.

Worldwide. The countries available for delivery are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Products ship directly from our suppliers in China. Delivery normally takes 15 to 20 business days to the United States and 20 to 30 business days to other countries. You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. We cover the shipping cost for all purchases, worldwide.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The full total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard, with 3D Secure. Your card is charged once. There are no subscriptions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, until the order is dispatched. Write to info@avoyagerkit.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions. Please do not send items back without them.
When will I get my refund?
Within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we will send a replacement or arrange a return and refund as described in our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.
