These Terms and Conditions apply to every purchase made on avoyagerkit.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
avoyagerkit.com is operated by TriNation Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia with registration number 405882861 and registered address at N 12, Apartment 44, Gabriel Isakadze Street, Saburtalo District, Tbilisi, Georgia. Email: info@avoyagerkit.com. Phone: +995 595 99 88 48. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TriNation Commerce LLC, and “you” means the customer.
2. Who can buy
The store sells to private customers aged 18 or over. You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order; if you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you. The countries available for delivery are shown at checkout.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you can return it under our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.
4. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price of each item, the shipping cost and the total amount are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free and prices include applicable import duties, which we pay for you. If we have shown an obviously wrong price because of a technical error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
5. How the contract is formed
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email, and the contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if the price shown was wrong, or if the payment cannot be verified. In that case you receive a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by our licensed payment service provider with 3D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged once, for the amount shown at checkout. We do not use subscriptions or recurring payments. The charge will appear on your statement under the name of TriNation Commerce LLC or avoyagerkit.com.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and delivery normally takes 15 to 20 business days to the United States and 20 to 30 business days to other countries. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge during the processing period, as long as it has not been dispatched. After dispatch, you must return the goods under our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy before a refund can be issued.
9. Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Full details are in our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds policy.
10. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. After review we will offer a replacement, a return and refund, or another remedy permitted by applicable law.
11. Payment disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. Most issues are solved within a few days. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, we will respond through our payment service provider with the order records, tracking details and our correspondence with you.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you. Within those limits, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the order was placed.
13. Intellectual property
The text, images and design of this website belong to TriNation Commerce LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.
14. Privacy
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to info@avoyagerkit.com.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence, and you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live where the law allows it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you placed it.
