What we sell
We sell everyday consumer goods to private customers worldwide: houseware and kitchen items, clothing, footwear and accessories, personal care products, phone and electronics accessories, pet products, car accessories, tools and gadgets, toys, and sports and outdoor equipment.
We do not sell medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, weapons, tobacco, alcohol, adult products or branded goods made without the brand owner’s permission.
How your order reaches you
We do not keep our own warehouse. Products are sourced from manufacturers and wholesalers in Yiwu, China, through our procurement partner, and are shipped directly to your address by international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and USPS.
This is why delivery takes longer than in a domestic store. We process orders in 1 to 3 business days and delivery normally takes 15 to 20 business days to the United States and 20 to 30 business days to other countries. We show this on every product page, so you know before you pay. Every order is shipped with a tracking number, which we send to you by email.
Our commitments
- Clear prices in US dollars, with the total shown before you pay.
- Honest delivery times, stated before purchase.
- A 30-day return window from the day you receive your order.
- Refunds to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- A real person answering your email, normally within 24 hours on business days.
